Nagoya Video Debut!

We just uploaded our latest video.  This one features the amazing city of Nagoya.  Nagoya is an overlooked city that you simply must visit.  It sits between Tokyo and Osaka on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line, however very few foreign visitors stop there.  One reason is that Nagoya has long been considered a large manufacturing and industrial hub.  While that was historically true since Toyota is headquartered there along with numerous other large heavy industries, the reality today is that Nagoya is a transformed cosmopolitan city that easily rivals Tokyo and Osaka.

In this video we take you on a tour of just a few of the fun sights to see such as the SCMAGLEV Museum where you can get up close to Japan’s magnetic levitating trains or the Sky Promenade on the 46th floor of the Midland Square Building with its amazing views of the city.  Others include the Toyota Commemorative Museum that showcases its history from a textile company to automotive giant.  We also visit Meiji Mura Village an authentically reconstructed Meiji Era town with dozens of historical buildings to explore and contrast that with the futuristic Oasis 21.  These are just a few of the places to visit, and one of the best things is that Nagoya is not overrun with tourists like the cities of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.

So be sure to check out the video here and we hope you’ll “like” and “subscribe” to the channel as it continues to grow.
